Instructions :
Bring one cup of milk to boil in saucepan. Add moon tea powder. Turn the heat down to low, add a spoonful of ghee (or oil), and cook steadily for 5 to 10 minutes. SKIP THE GHEE OR OIL IF YOU ARE USING COWS MILK. The moon milk will be more potent the longer the herbs are cooked. Remove the pot from the stove. Stir in the agave, honey, or sweetner of choice. Pour into your favorite mug, and let the calm and sleep wash over you!
